At In 2 Safety and Loss Prevention we strive to take the fear and confusion out of workplace safety. We believe engaging instruction, identification of workplace hazards, and recognition of unsafe behavior are key to creating a safe work environment. We want to provide customized solutions for your safety issues.

Owner/Operator Frank DeFilippo, CSM has over 35 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry. He has worked in both Production and Environmental Health and Safety. This experience has provided him with a unique view of safety from both the operations and management perspectives. He has experience with Behavior Based Safety and Process Safety Management. He is a participating member of the Local Emergency Planning Committee Board. He is a member of the National Association of Safety Professionals and the American Society of Safety Professional (Genesee Valley Chapter).

Effective communication between management and operators can be facilitated. Training must be engaging and hold interest to be effective. Behavior changes may be achieved through non-intimidating identification, explanation, and clear instruction for the alternate safe behavior. Workplace hazards must be identified and corrected in a cost-effective manner. A safety program must be designed to work within the confines of the resources available in each workplace.

In 2 Safety and Loss Prevention’s mission is to provide a clear evaluation of workplace safety hazards and an effective plan to provide loss prevention through evaluation, education, and communication.
